[...] much my cardio capacity has increased. My music list also pushed me harder; many songs were from my Music to Burn To [...]
A nice choice! I mostly do anime music or something equally body motivating ^.^
Haha, yeah, for me actually some of the music on here is stuff that I don’t just listen to otherwise… (Katy Perry, for example) but when I’m working out, it just helps!
Same thing with Katy Perry! I actually have that in my workout playlist. LOL
Shes catchy! Not as catchy as Lady Gaga though… that woman has some special skill to get lodged in your brain, even when you might not want her there.
Exactly!
My friends from the gym had this look when a katy perry song played after a travis barker mix. They were like “seriously?” Haha!
Try some more hits from the Dropkicks like warriors code and I’m shipping up to Boston. Those 2 are great pump-up songs.
Not quite fast enough, in my books? Good songs, for sure, though.
Overlooked Metallica song that motivates. Hero of the Day.
Your mom motivates me. HAR HAR HAR.
She’ll be so flattered!
OH and MEATLOAF. Duh http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9GNhdQRbXhc
